Develop an application for controlling a laser system with auto-tuning features.
Solution (technologies & approach)
System architecture designed by our team. The solution includes:
- Windows application with a C++/QML GUI.
- Companion software for multiple Raspberry Pi devices.
- Inter-component communication via MQTT.
- Continuous health monitoring of all system parts with a fail-over concept for high reliability.
- Several PID controllers implementing auto-tuning of key parameters.
